Right to cancel your order

Under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, you may cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of the date you receive the goods.

Return conditions

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the condition in which you received it.
• Personalised products (with a scent, message or design made to your request) cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

How to return an order

Contact us on +359 899 942 093 or at sale@candleart.bg with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll send you instructions.

Complaints

If your candle was damaged in transit or doesn’t match your order, contact us within 3 days of receiving it and we’ll fix the problem or send you a new product.

Refunds

Once a return is approved, we refund the amount paid using the same payment method, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
