Terms & Conditions

This is an English translation for convenience. If it differs from the Bulgarian version, the Bulgarian version prevails.

1. General provisions

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between CandleArt, company ID [EIK], with registered office at [registered address] (“the Seller”), and users of the online shop candleart.bg (“the Site”). By ordering a product from the Site you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

2. Products and prices

All prices on the Site are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. The Seller may change prices and availability at any time without affecting orders already accepted.

3. Ordering products

An order is placed once the customer has entered delivery details and confirmed it. The Seller may contact the customer to confirm the order before dispatch.

4. Delivery and payment

Delivery is made within Bulgaria only, by the courier companies Econt and Speedy. Payment is by card or cash on delivery. For details, see Delivery & Payment.

5. Right of withdrawal and complaints

Consumers may withdraw from an order within 14 days under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. For details, see Returns & Complaints.

6. Personal data

7. Applicable law

Any matters not covered here are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
